Troubleshooting
1. Empty entries - DraftKings/FanDuel does not allow you to replace “reserved” or empty lineups with upload file. You must have a lineup filled originally.
2. Withdrawn contest - If user withdraws from a contest, you must download a new DK lineups file with that contest removed.
3. Confuse DK files - User must upload the download file from Contest Manager into DK, not the Saved Lineups file
